Fin indagar la relaciуn entre el funcionamiento sexual asi­ como la satisfacciуn con la pareja en la muestra sobre pacientes con cбncer sobre mama. Material asi­ como Mйtodo estudio observacional realizado en la muestra sobre chicas con cбncer de mama, cirugнa conservadora y mastectomнa radical. Se aplicу el Нndice sobre la Funciуn Sexual Femenina y la Escala sobre Satisfacciуn Marital. El anбlisis sobre datos se realizу con el proyecto SPSS. Resultados se estudiaron 154 chicas con cбncer sobre mama, con media sobre antiguedad de 50.6 aсos; 49% de las casos (n = 76) con cirugнa conservadora y 51% (n = 78) con mastectomнa radical. La media en la escala total FSFI fue de 18.150. El mбximo puntaje de la escala fue 36, lo que refleja que el funcionamiento sexual de la muestra fue escaso. Conclusiones las resultados obtenidos muestran que hay un trastorno en el бmbito sexual en hembras de gran permanencia y no ha transpirado con mastectomнa radical. Ademбs, las chicas con mayores niveles de satisfacciуn en su relaciуn de pareja tuvieron preferiblemente ajuste sexual.
